Hi @DanC! The best first thing to check here is wifi signal strength to ensure there are not any new interferences that might be causing poor audio delivery. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing wifi signal. Mobile device connection and settings can also be a factor with audio performance. Try removing and reinstalling the Ring app, as well as ensuring bluetooth and VPN is disabled. I hope this helps!
