Doorbell 2- Shared, does not show colour (color)

My husband set up the Ring Doorbell 2 today. His shows colour, mine (as the shared account) does not.

Am I suppose to? Do I not get to see colour because I’m the shared user?

Hey @JulesCampbell. You should be able to still see the same camera quality as the owner can. I recommend that you try to remove the app, reboot your phone an reinstall the app. Once that’s done, see if the video quality is close to the same, at least in color. If this is the case, please attach screenshots of your husband’s and your’s live video so we can see the difference.
