Doorbell 2 Pro with Mechanical Chime random ringing with no alert

I installed a new Doorbell Pro 2 two months ago, Nutone Mechanical Chime (on the list), a Pro Power Kit (properly installed), and a Ring brand transformer with 16V 30VA power output.In the last week, it randomly rings, but doesn’t show as a ring or another event in the app.What could be the issue?
