Nether my ring spotlight cam and doorbell 2 maintain connect to my wifi. Prior to changing my modern these devices worked flawlessly. I've tried different networks (24. & 5.8), performed a factory reset, disconnected and reconnected, and still no love. When attempting going through the connection steps the doorbell device 'connects' but then it on the main screen, it shows as 'offline,' the spotlight cam does not connect. All other household devices have strong continuous wifi connections. Any help would be appreciated

Hi @scottstyles. Is your wifi network 2.4GHz or 5GHz? Most Ring Doorbells and Cameras are only compatible with a 2.4GHz network and not with a 5GHz network. If your new network is dual-band, try creating a guest network that only utilizes the 2.4GHz connection and set up your Ring devices with that network. Additionally, ensure the [ports and protocols](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) used by Ring devices are open. After checking the above, try walking your Ring devices through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If you run into any issues during the setup, try the troubleshooting steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217240386-Fixing-Repeated-In-App-Setup-Failures). If this issue still persists, please follow up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for additional assistance.
