Hi. Our gen2 doorbell will not connect to the internet or chime. We have done all the checks and has come back as if it should be working. We cant get the camera working. On paper everything is saying the bell should be working. It keeps flashing blue. Can any one help us
Hi @Lucy1985. Try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that’s complete, set it back up in the Ring App using the instructions under Set Up a Device. Test out the Live View once the setup is complete to see if everything is working properly. If it’s still not working, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They’ll be able to take a closer look at this for you and offer more troubleshooting steps.
