Doorbell 2 Audio Very Poor

We have recently installed a Video Doorbell 2 but the audio is poor and keeps breaking up. Its very difficult to talk to anyone at the door. We currently have Plusnet as our internet provider, but this runs on a standard phone line as fibre apparently is not available in our area at present. There is no way of resetting the router so does anyone have any advice please

Seems many people have this problem (including me :cry:)

I too have the same issue, I am on Charter Spectrum and use iPhone sx max. Communication is t errible at best. Have you found a solution to the poor audio yet? Thanks Joe

No I haven’t found any solution yet. I am seriously thinking of removing this and reinstalling my old doorbell. Not as good as I was expecting, especially at such a high cost!
