Doorbell 1st generation

I have two 1st generation doorbells and one 2nd generation…
the two 1st generation doorbells stopped working when batterie needed to be recharged …
both are not connecting anymore to the wifi… orange button reset is not working.
The doorbells are not getting in reset mode … one has just a solid white light …even it is not connected to power. The second doorbell has a fully loaded batterie but is not resetting at all.
Is there another way to reset the device?

Hi @bennyM. First, make sure that your battery is fully charged. Once you’ve ensured that your battery is charged, you can press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release.
