Alright, so I have a 1st generation doorbell, which only sends snapshots.
Live view, doorbell presses, or motion don’t go through, when I check the footage, it tells me that “This footage is unavailable.” I’ve factory reset the doorbell around 4 times now, but to no avail.
I have two other ring devices that are working perfectly fine (so I believe Wi-Fi connectivity may be the problem.)
Hi @josh_t. Try rebooting your router as well by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and plugging it back in. You also want to make sure your Doorbell has good signal strength.
