Hi everyone. Had my ring doorbell for 2 years. Went to recharge recently and it had lost connection to wifi. I have reset it and tried to reconnect in the app. I get up to the part where its connecting to home wifi and then the light turns off and it won’t connect. Doorbell is fully charged too. Any ideas?
Hi @Jillnz1. I would recommend resetting your Doorbell by holding down the setup button on the back for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, try to set it back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device.
