Front door sensor started throwing the door open code this week after working fine since 2019. Replacing the battery fixed it for 4 days. Now it’s back. What tho try now?
Hi @Scott65. I’d recommend performing a factory reset on your Contact Sensor, then setting it back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
