Door contact sensor not connecting to Network?!

Hi. I’m installing the alarm system. Everything has been set up fine apart from the door contact sensor not connecting to the network.
Any idea where what I’m doing wrong?

Could be several issues, but most likely the sensor can sometimes be just ‘stuborn’ . . . but this issue can easily be fixed. I don’t know which Contact Sensor you have (Generation 1 or 2) so below are the Troubleshooting links for both generations:
