Door contact sensor is on line but doesn’t monitor in either mode. Why not
Please ensure this Sensor is included in the desired modes. This can be done in the Ring app by following these steps:
- Open the Ring app and tap the 3 lines in the top left corner to open the Main Menu.
- Select Settings
- Select Modes
- Check each mode to ensure the Contact Sensor in question is toggled for that mode.
Testing the Contact Sensor in each mode, as well as testing it closer to the Base Station, is a great step. I hope this helps!
