My door bell went off line 2 days ago and will not reconnect to the Internet I have done everything. My Internet is working working fine but the door bell keeps saying there’s a problem with the Internet I need help
Hi @Danicka. Try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk the Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. This will prompt you to reconnect your Doorbell to your wifi network during the setup process. Let me know if that does the trick for you!
