My video door bell 3 keeps going offline . Seems the only fix is to switch the batteries over. It shows wi-fi signal gone. It never use to do this a few months back any ideas?
Mine is doing exactly the same it is so frustrating. I too have the doorbell 3. Battery’s not empty & have to keep going through set up again. I actually came on here to try & get answers

Hi got my wireless door bell gen 3 in December last year. It went off line in May then it’s then it was probably once a month. And now it ever other day. I’ve checked my speed on my Wi-Fi. Rebooted my rooter . Changed channels on my router. Not sure what else to do. I do subscribe to the video but it’s a waste of money cause my ring bell keeps going off line
Hey. Mine is doing the same thing. Never used to and now it does. Everything else in doors is fine. Went off line for 4 hours yesterday.

Hi. Followed all the steps. Call the centre. The lady didn’t understand and was not helpful on the phone.
My doorbell and router are 3 meters apart. My doorbell on my drive is over 15 meters away. The drive always has a RSSI of 70 but works perfectly well. Yet my doorbell, after years, suddenly goes off line and it’s only 3 meters away.
Currently my front door says RSSI 50 but is offline. How can that be?
