Door Bell doesn't like my WiFi.

I got an older Ring Video Door Bell from my son who didn’t want to use it anymore. He took it off his account so I could use it. I’ve tried several times to get it to connect to my WiFi wireless system with no luck. The flashing light on the Door Bell shows that it doesn’t like the WiFi system (meaning the Left light is flashing on the Door Bell button). However, when I do a test of the system it shows an upload of 2.27Mbps and a download of 6.79Mbps. It should be noted that I have 4 other Ring devices connected to my WiFi system and they work well. I have also done a Hard Reset of the unit several times with no changes.
