When ever the door bell is rung a long pause happens before the inside chimes. There is also a loud buzzing before the chime happens. When I remove the Ring door bell and use the original door bell the chime work perfectly.
Hey @Genesis531. Did you ensure that you have the Ring app configured with the Ring Video Doorbell Pro to know what kind of chime kit you have? You will need to ensure it has the right chime kit type under the Main Menu > Devices > Doorbell Pro > Device Settings > General Settings > Doorbell Chime Type. In addition, have you verified that your chime kit is compatible?
