Received Door Bell 3 Plus today. No security screws. On the app I can’t get past “Do you have the security screws?” in order to set it up. My previous experience with the helpline for UK was hopeless. No other way to contact Ring ie email. Need security screw(s) not provided. It looks as though Ring Customer Service is dire - buy the product and you are on your own. Can’t get through on helpline. Says closed but within working hours.
Have aI made a mistake buying a Ring product. It is not looking good so far.
