Don't play the greeting if I open the door

When I answer the door in-person after somene rings, the doorbell plays the greeting in the middle of my conversation with the visitor. I have both ring security and SmartThings contact sensors on the door. Any way to stop the doorbel to play the greeting if I open the door?
