Dong detected as motion

4 out of 10 times when someone rings my doorbell it is detected as a motion instead of a ring. My 3 Chimes and phone do not give me a notification. When i call the dutch helpdesk they cannot help me. i have got a Ring pro doorbell. The issue has been verified by 2nd line helpdesk. i have called multiple times and got different answers each time. Last time i called i told them i wanted to be transferred to the 2nd line helpdesk but they declined. Any other suggestions?
