The doorbell notifies the movement, but it does not record it, only when restarting it manually does it, but it lasts only one day. I don’t know what it could be, the internet signal is perfect, I can answer calls, but I have trouble communicating with the doorbell
Hi @Jmpj. When the Doorbell doesn’t process a recording of a motion event or when you cannot access the Live View, what is the RSSI on the Device Health page? The RSSI is a number that shows how strong the wifi connection to your Doorbell is, which can help us determine if this may be an intermittent connection concern.
