My understanding is that none of the cameras or doorbells can be used as a “sensor” for Ring alarm. If the camera/doorbell is linked to the alarm subscription and motion is detected, it can send a notification and start recording, but will not trigger an alarm event, is that accurate?
Hi @GerardS. You are correct; the Doorbells and Cameras cannot trigger the Ring Alarm System. It can work in reverse, so if the Ring Alarm System is alarming, you can have your Cameras and Doorbells begin recording.
