Hello @user37247. Try the following steps to troubleshoot your concern:

Verify your Ring app and phone are up-to-date with the latest updates available.

Disable any active VPNs on your phone.

Go to your phone’s settings and clear the Ring app’s cache and data. You will have to enable notification permissions for the Ring app again and then re-enable Do Not Disturb override.

Verify you do not have any apps that would conflict with Ring app.
