Do I need a new one?

Our ring will not hold a charge, it is pixelated when you go live on it, it constantly says there’s motion and there isn’t anything, and when it records anything it’s usually all black. I have tried all I can find and nothing is working is there anything else I can do? Or should I get a new one? And if I need a new one will I need a new subscription or will it roll over with the new one?
