Today I got my ring doorbell delivered but the image quality is poor, definitely not 1080p.
I’ve attached image of quality I’m getting. With perfect WiFi signal.
I’m thinking I’ve possibly been sent the Gen1 by mistake.
I heard the Gen2 comes with silver and black changeable face plates. Mine hasn’t and the face plate is definitely not changeable.
