Hi @Nasha86uk. Thank you for sharing a video example of the issue you’re experiencing. I’d recommend trying a quick reboot first by using the reboot option on the Device Health page in the Ring app. This should only take a few moments, and can help clear up performance issues.
If the reboot doesn’t fix this, then you may need to try a full reset and fresh setup. You can reset your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Test out the audio via the Live View to see if that’s resolved this.

Thanks for the reply I have done the above but still the same problem
