Hi, I purchased a ring video doorbell and a chime after doing lots of research into the best product to purchase. And I am very disappointed with both products, the doorbell is so slow to show me video that the person has left by the time it finally works if it works at all. People can’t hear me to understand what I’m saying. It goes of line for no apparent reason. It’s the worst product I have purchased. And I can’t even get the chime to connect, I go through all the set up process for it to tell me at the very end sorry something went wrong would you like to try again. I have been trying for 3 months. I would really like to return the product and get my money back. Very dissapointed
