Disconnected Camera

So the other day whilst our camera was off on charge, our WiFi system went down we since have had to get a new WiFi hub which has new name and pin. Due to the camera last being online with old WiFi and when it was very low it won’t let me even enter set up mode to change the WiFi information over as it keeps saying the doorbell is low, however it is fully charged! Highly frustrating. If anyone can help as I’m due to head out today and would like the camera back up running before hand.

Hi @HillHouse2022. I suggest performing a reset on the doorbell. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. After this is complete, you can reconnect to WiFi. Let me know if this helps!
