Why when you disarm Ring Alexa still notify you that someone is still at the door or camera. Also why does the app still ask you to email help@ring.com when they no longer support email
Hi @Iajohnston. If you have an Alexa device linked to your Ring account and you have announcements configured in your Alexa app, you will receive announcements for the selected devices. What specific part of the Ring app is it asking you to email help@ring.com? Would you be able to share a screenshot so I can let the appropriate team?
