I have spent an untold amount of money on two ring alarm systems, 10 cameras and a number of other accessories. However, with regard the the Level Loch Touch, the only advisement on the website is that it needs a Ring Doorbell Pro. After purchase, installation and hours of difficulty connecting, I’ve now learned that compatibility is restricted to certain Serial Numbers on the Pro. Ring should do better with there compatibility advisements.
