Is it possible to prevent the Ring app on iPhone, to auto-launch when getting a motion alert from the video doorbell? The app opens in video (Live Cam) mode, and causes a drain on my battery. I have looked in the Device settings, and have not found a way to do this. Any suggestions for resolution will be appreciated!
Hi @RandomUserX. There isn’t an option on the Ring app to auto open during a Motion Alert. If you answer the Alert, it will automatically take you to the Live View, but that is only if you answer the Alert. You can find out more about Live View here.
