I have Two subscriptions, I dont want them to renew.
Your sites isn’t clear, there is no option to turn off auto-renew only cancel, If I cancel will my current subscription run for the period I have paid for, or be removed?
Also if I goto remove card so subscription cannot be renewed there is a message saying current subscriptions may be cancelled? Why is this? It seems a childish feature.
Hi @Gavo34. You cannot disable the automatic renewal of a Ring Protect Plan subscription. If you cancel your plan, it will cancel it immediately and refund you what you have not used of your plan. Also, the message you are seeing when removing your payment method is a warning that your plan will not be able to renew when it is time, which can cause it to be canceled.
