My wired spot light camera lights barely come on and are very dim, almost looks like the light itself has burned out. I have tried a different location to see if it is the wiring and it’s doing the same thing everything works other than the lights. Every now and then the lights will flash or strob and then go dim again. I need help this thing is not that old maybe only a year.
Hi @Steven6111! The lights should certainly come on right away and be bright. Try another plug outlet, or make sure the outlet is not controlled by a switch or something else. You can also try resetting the Camera by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. I hope this helps!
