Digital chime continues to ring

When I connect the pro 2 doorbell the interior chime rings constantly. The doorbell shows blue light on top and red on bottom. Tech support told me to pair the doorbell but it won’t pair because the red light is indicating a trouble.
The three wire chime seems to be a problem.

Hi @Tallpaulboise2. What is the make and model of your chime kit? I see Nutone 105-N or 301-N on the picture you attached. A list of chime kits that are compatible with the Video Doorbell Pro 2 can be found here.
