We have ring doorbell cameras in two locations. I am in one location and my wife (travel nurse) is in another location. We both access my account. How do we get different notifications per person per location. For example, if someone rings my doorbell, she doesn’t want to be notified. When someone rings her doorbell, I don’t want to be notified. It seems if I turn off notifications in her location, it affects her as well. Thx
Hi @ronp854. Are you both logged in with the same login credentials? Or is your wife using Shared User Access? You can find out more about Shared Users here. This allows users to configure how you each receive notifications.
