Device is off-line the camera isn’t

As long as Live View is connecting in the Ring app, and your Event History is showing recent videos, your Ring device should not show as offline. Please ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device, and try out another mobile device entirely, if possible. As it is always a great step, check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal.
