Device health report not working

When I click on the device health report under device health it takes me to the web page for help and support instead what it use to do which is show me if WiFi signal and everything else was working ok with that device. This has been going on for several days now. Have they removed this feature? Does anyone have any info regarding this that they’d be kind of enough to share. As I’ve been having issue with random following of schedules for floodlights I wanted to check the “health” of my floodlight can in the iOS app and it’s just not functioning correctly anymore. It just takes you to the general help and support web page. Thank you in advance for any help one has with this issue.

Same here, Ring app version: 5.43.0, and iOS is 14.7.1 All my stick-up cams operating with battery can not access the device health menu. It is just a blank page. However, the doorbell cam and flood cam are fine. Uninstalling and reinstalling the ring app didn't help. Please help.

Same issue. Device health screen on three stick up cams is blank so I cannot see battery charging level. I can see the battery icon on the dashboard but that status is not as detailed.

Hello Ring? Same issue here. The device health page is blank. You've been aware of this issue for a while now. Why is it taking you so long to resolve this? Battery level and WiFi connection are critical for a lot of us to check regularly especially after this storm that ripped through the Northeast. I expected a better response time, considering how much money I have invested in your devices. Can we have an update, please?

By the way, how about sending us a notice that some users may be experiencing these problems? I wasted an hour installing, deleting and reinstalling the app thinking it was an issue on my end only to stumble upon this thread after I had exhausted every other possibility. Once again, I expect better from you Ring. You made your mark in this industry by not behaving like the ADT's of the world. Looks like your sliding their way.

Yes, this seems to say a lot about Ring, and it’s not good. I have 4 devices, 2 of which have this problem. My Ring Connect renewal comes up in late October (this would be my third year). If Ring can’t a) fix the problem and b) start acting like a responsible corporation, Ring and I will part company. I won’t miss those long, useless, inane chats, that end with “call a technician”.

Having same problem. Spot cam works fine, stick up cam provides no "device health" report, just a white screen and a question mark. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still doesn't work. What's happening at this point.
