Device disappeared

Just setup my doorbell today. Was working fine. Signed into app on a second device and viewed my live feed and then ten minutes later my device is gone. It's acting as if I haven't set anything up. I went out to my device and unhooked it, scanned the code and it tells me this device is already in use. In summary my device was working then it disappeared

Hi @RebeccaS. There could be a few things going on here. First, make sure that you are signed in with the same email that you setup the device with. Next, ensure that you are on the correct Location. You can check your [Location](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005039983) in the Ring app by tapping on the Menu button in the upper left corner, then tap your address at the top on the menu. This will allow you to toggle between your locations.
