My ring door bell has just de activated its self, i am the only one with access and just recieved email to confirm the deactivation of my account why would this happen? And how do i reactivate?
My Ring Doorbell just self-deactivated today (including an email from Ring.com) - no idea why, but it’s a bit of a pain to reactivate and set up.
Our doorbell has just deactivated itself and I also received this email!

What was solution here, mines done this today, this is poor ring should not be able to do this, it’s a pain to set up as new hope I don’t have to go through all that again, help

Hi ring and Customers. Doorbell deactivated itself.
Turns out everytime your internet drops, you have to take everything off the walls , so you can scan and setup again. Doesn’t reconnect to the internet automatically. Can’t be fixed if you’re not at home. So much for having security when you’re not home
Mission, I called India, they said if the internet drops it won’t reconnect automatically. Need to take the bell off the wall, to scan QR and setup again…
I have not lost internet nor have I had the problem previously BUT I have lost my connection. When I push the reset button nothing happens. It is extremely cold and I’m wondering if the cold has caused the ring doorbell to freeze up?
