Device deactivated itself

Hello, woke up on the morning and found that DB2 is deactivated in app, with last snapshot event history at 2am. NOT just disconnected from wifi, or low power, but completely deactivated. So could not get into device settings, do anything with it.
So came back from work, removed from wall, tried to reconnect, reset, without success. Had to completely remove it from the app and add as new device, losing all footage history, shared acces etc
Does anyone have any idea of what happened and what caused that?

Hi @Dotts. Your Ring Doorbell shouldn’t be removed from your Ring account unless you manually do so. I’d recommend following up with our support team at one of the numbers available here so they can take a closer look at this to find the cause. Both my doorbell and camera deactivated themselves at the weekend.
