I have added more devices and upgraded to protect plus to cover all devices. My doorbell is now covered twice and I would like to cancel the basic plan on this one. Can I get a refund for the unused 6 months ?

Hi @user71319. You can cancel the Ring Protect Basic plan, and you’ll receive a prorated refund for the amount of unused time. We have steps on how to cancel a plan here.
