Detects Motion REFUSES to record

My doorbell has been detecting some motion not all, but does not record anything!! I have tried every troubleshooting option I was given many times over. I have a spot cam in my driveway that works flawlessly. NO it is NOT my wifi connection. Any inside tips tricks ?? I know I’m not alone on this.

Hi @Laura1643. Do you have an active Ring Protect Plan subscription for your device? A Ring Protect Plan is required for videos to be saved.
