I think the worst thing they ever did was to stop the ring desktop for computers. I say this and my reasoning is It was instant. I could see the minute my floodlights noticed anything. As it is now without the desktop, I will get a noticification 10 minutes after there has been a person on my property. So when the notification pops up, I click on it and there is nothing to see. Then I have to get out of that then click on history and you know, by that time, if it were an emergency, the person might as well break into my home. With the desktop app, it was instant. I am tired of getting notifications 10 minutes later. Bring back the desktop. At least then I didn’t mind paying for the subscription but now, I am really second guessing getting a different camera system that does have the desktop app.
