I have a Windows desktop and the Ring app will not live feed. Says “Activating” but never loads up. After a few minutes, it says “IOError”. Started doing it like 6 months ago. I can go back and view history.
Hi @beezy_fasheezy. Have you recently updated the Ring App on your desktop? Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your computer, and reinstalling the Ring App. Test out the Live View after that and let me know how that works for you.
