Delivery times and poor customer service

Ordered an accessory got a sales email. 2 days later, item is still not shipped. Called Ring customer support to be RUDELY told that shipping is 3-5 days. I got the feeling that the agent didn’t want to be on the phone, and couldn’t be bothered. He got confrontational when challenged about it. Awaiting a manager call back, but in the meantime, I’d consider avoiding Ring if this is the level of support that they offer post sale.

Due to world wide supply chain issues don’t be surprised if your order takes weeks.
Just putting a realistic time frame out there for you so you won’t be expecting it any time soon.
