How do you delete a old ring device from your phone just updated to a newer version?
Good question, @Gracie4304! This can be done within the Ring app general settings for your device. While signed in on the Ring app, open the menu (3 lines top left), and select Devices. From the list of your devices, select the old device you wish to remove. While viewing the old device select Device Settings > General Settings. There you should see the option to remove. Remember to save any important videos before removing the device, as removing will delete all recordings tied to that device. I hope this helps!
