Delayed ring

I have about 10-20 second delay from the time the doorbell is pressed to the time it rings in the house.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Hey @mzabel92. Are you talking about a ringing in your house from the internal chime kit, from your phone, or from a Chime or Chime Pro? What kind of Doorbell do you have and what is the RSSI for the device? You can learn more about RSSI in our Community post here.
