Hiya, I have a Ring Doorbell (Gen 2) I get a motion or person/parcel notification chime, yet a car goes past and the chimes goes off straight away. I have adjusted the sensitivity up and down on a daily basis, yet still the same.
“Person in your front yard” example - The meter man walked through the gate, read the meter, walked back out of the yard and it only notified me once his car moved off.
“Parcel notification” example - the parcel was left in view of the camera and the same issue as above, received notification when the van moved away from the gate.
Any idea as to what setting may help?
