Delayed replacements for Defective Motion Floodlights - other options?c

What’s going on with the backlog for Ring’s motion activated security cameras!? We’ve been waiting for a month to have replacements shipped!

We purchased two units and had them professionally installed on 2/3/23. Less a than a month later BOTH units failed. After hours on the phone with tech support we finally were assured replacements were on the way. That was March 12. It’s a month later. it takes forever to get tech support assistance and all they can tell us is “sorry, backordered” at this point the cameras have been broken for longer than they’ve functioned! Can we get a new model? Can we get a refund? This is ridiculous.

Any questions on your replacement order need to be directed to our support team. You can ask our support team if there are any other options available for your replacement aside from waiting for the backorder to come in.
