There have been a couple of times that someone has come to the door and the app on my phone doesn’t notify me until 1/2 to 1 hour later. What is the fix for this?
Hi @BarbLoki. There shouldn’t be that much of a delay between an event and when you receive the notification. I’d recommend ensuring you have the latest version of the Ring app installed first. Then review the troubleshooting steps for notifications on iOS devices here, or on Android devices here. Make sure any settings that suppress notifications are turned off, such as Do Not Disturb mode.
