Sometimes it will be 10 minutes after someone rings the doorbell before the app rings.
Also it has been missing people walking up to the door all together.
My spotlight cam 15 feet over will though.
This doorbell has been in place over 2 years after replacing a 1st gen doorbell.
Hi @b5095cbb6b7af55f22eb995eb94d1a. What is the RSSI for this Doorbell? I suggest rebooting your internet router and then triggering a notification to see if the notification comes through quicker. If possible, bring the Doorbell inside next to your internet router and do a few test to see if distance is causing an issue.
